Through our “interactive” web site each event has it’s own page. We can generate e-mail invitations to your guests who can register their acceptance via a link back to “your event page” on our website. Daily updates will be sent to your office with registration details. On “your event page” you can have a welcome letter together with full details of the event. We can even collect registration fees via “your event page” if you are an association requiring members to pay.

We encourage all players to regularly look at “your event page” in the days leading up to the event for any updates relating to the day. This is a good time for you to use this facility as an additional marketing tool. After the event we will list all the winners and you can also include a few words of thanks to your participants. A photo gallery will also be attached to “your event page” through which photographs can be purchased.
