The following services from Golf Events can be incorporated into any golf event. You can use some or all, it is entirely up to you and how much you want to spend. We guarantee that whichever services you choose will help add to the success of your day.

TOTAL EVENT MANAGEMENT

Allow Golf Events to handle your entire golf event. Through our "interactive" web site each event has it’s own page. We can generate e-mail invitations to your guests who can register their acceptance via a link back to "your event page" on our website. Daily updates will be sent to your office with registration details. On "your event page" you can have a welcome letter together with full details of the event. We can even collect registration fees via "your event page" if you are an association or charity requiring participants to pay.

We encourage all players to regularly look at "your event page" in the days leading up to the event for any updates relating to the day. This is a good time for you to use this facility as an additional marketing tool. After the event we will list all the winners and you can also include a few words of thanks to your participants. A photo gallery with candid and action photos from the day will be attached to "your event page" through which photographs can be purchased.

We can even arrange the venue; together with meals, drinks, prizes, golf carts etc. Golf Events staff can also assist with player registration on the day.

You can then add any of our other following services to create that "feel good" day for your guests.

ON-LINE REGISTRATIONS

Have your guests register their acceptance via the Golf Events website. On "your event page" you can have a welcome letter together with full details of the event. We can even collect registration fees via "your event page" if you are an association or charity requiring participants to pay.

We will attach the starting sheet to "your event page" and display this on a screen at registration so players can view any changes.

TEAM PHOTOGRAPHS

Give every player a team photograph to remember the special "feel good" day they have just experienced. Each photograph will be presented in a glossy folder incorporating your company logo.

ACTION & CANDID PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs will be taken throughout the day and loaded into the photo gallery in "your event page" on our website. Photographs can be bought online via our secure electronic payment facility.

A slide show can also be shown in the clubhouse after golf.

VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY

This is where we start to really have some fun.

Firstly let Golf Events video every players’ golf swing. From this we can add the following to your day.

If you take Mark Bylsma on the day we also add his swing to our video.

Show the video in the clubhouse after golf.

Swing sequence photographs can be produced from the video and compared to a famous tour pro. These can be included in the glossy folder with the group photograph.

PERSONALISED DVD'S FOR YOUR GUESTS

To add to our video photography we create personalised DVD's of each group. Showing scenes from the golf course, any marketing you wish to include, all players from each groups' golf swing and "ball speed display" (if you took that option) plus photos of the winners and a thank you for attending the day.

PERSONALISED GOLF MAGAZINE COVERS

Imagine, framed on your clients’ wall, is a golf magazine cover with his photo and name and him being named player of the year on the USPGA Tour after winning your tournament.

Reality? No! Fiction? Yes! But who cares - it looks great.

These magazine covers can be mounted in frames and awarded as prizes or can be laminated or framed and gifted to each player as a unique memento following your event.

LEADER BOARD SERVICES

It’s getting towards the end of the round and your group has a one shot lead with one hole to go. A par on the last will win you the day. But how do you know this unless you can see a leader board?

If you are playing in a day where Golf Events are you will know because we provide a very special leader board service. We have 4 leader boards strategically placed around the golf course. We can have 2 static and 2 mobile leader boards so that every group can see if they are in with a chance.

All the time the scores are kept up to date by 2-way radio and every player will see a leader board about 9 times in every round.

BALL SPEED RADAR

Another way to add excitement to the day! Golf Events has the latest in cutting edge technology by way of a speed radar gun that we use to measure each players ball speed. Our Golf Events "policewoman" records all speeds and a prize can be given for the team with the highest aggregate ball speed. Individual prizes can also be given for the fastest or slowest ball speed and for male or female.

In the case of charities, fines can be issued for exceeding the speed limit.

MARK BYLSMA - AUSTRALIAN LONG DRIVE CHAMPION

Add the "WOW" factor to your golf day with BIG Mark. Mark is an Australian Long Drive Champion and can hit the ball 400 metres.

Normally we position Mark on our "ball speed radar" hole and clock Mark's speed against the players in the field. No one ever gets close to Mark, his fastest speed recorded by us is 315km. His closest rival is 286km.

As a special treat each group gets to use Mark's drive as their team drive. We position Mark on a par 5 which makes eagle the norm.

Mark will also conduct a clinic prior to teeing off. You should see what he can do to a watermelon.

It's fun, it's exciting & improves the Golfers' Swing!! Two therapists simply arrive at the golf course and set up a small 3x3m marquee on a designated golf tee. The therapists offer an invigorating and relaxing 3-5 minute massage to all who stop at the tee. They use quality ergonomic massage chairs to ensure comfort.

AUSTRALIAN PGA & LPGA TOUR GOLFERS

Add a couple of Professional Golfers to your day.

We have an extensive list of Australian PGA & LPGA players on our books.

We suggest you have two players on your golf day. They work back through the field playing at least one hole with each group. As a bonus you can use their shots as part of your ambrose and they can give all players of few tips on their swings.

They are very personable and a couple of them have played on the USPGA Tour.
